Real mixed bag! It could be an amazing property and experience. Great location to explore sour Positive: Great location, pool table hot tub Negative: Poor customer experience. House wasn’t ready. Hot tub cold on arrival. Was quoted a potential £85 charge to top up hot tub after 2 days family use. I don’t go for this!! Dishwasher was broken, but I was told this on day or arrival. Very uncomfortable single beds. I took multiple parcel deliveries for management company whistle staying there after a couple of calls from the management company. The kitchen equipment was very basic. E.g Sleeps 6 with a six inch frying pan, not ideal. No info in the property about how to use anything. You don’t need much but would be nice to have the classic folder of info. There was an App with info but nothing particularly useful on it about the property. No info about putting bins out, no replacement bin bags, had to go and buy these. There were just hassles that you go away to avoid in daily life. All these things can be easily rectified and would then be an amazing place to stay.
